Use our scheduler below, call 806-370-3705, or text (806) 472-4855 to book your intake or follow up appointment for medication management. Intakes must be confirmed by Flatland Psychiatry and complete new patient paperwork before the appointment is reserved.

Once you request an appointment, if the date is confirmed, an email will be sent for you to sign up for our patient portal and complete paperwork.​
